At Fair & Company CPAs, we believe in setting clear expectations to ensure a smooth and professional partnership with every client. Please review the following guidelines that outline how we will work together.

Communication 

  • Our primary and preferred method of communication is email, as it allows us to provide the most timely and efficient responses. 
  • While email is typically the fastest way to reach us, we are also happy to schedule phone calls or in-person/virtual meetings upon request. 
  • To schedule, contact one of our office administrators or your client manager. 
  • Please note: scheduled meetings and phone calls may be billed separately from your tax return services. 

Proposals & Engagement Letters 

  • Each year you will receive an engagement letter and fee proposal. These documents must be reviewed & e-signed, before we can provide services.  
  • Payment information is required when you sign our engagement letter. For more information about billing & payments, please visit our FAQ page. 

Services & Deadlines 

  • We generally accept individual returns until early March for the April 15th deadline. 
  • When capacity limits are reached, we will notify clients as soon as possible. We automatically file extensions for clients engaged with us who have not filed by April 15th.
